The outdated carpets and worn furniture in the rooms are an eyesore!!! Noise from outside and adjoining rooms disrupted my sleep!!! Improvements needed for better accessibility within the hotel!!!

My stay at Best Western was quite pleasant. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, allowing for a good night's sleep. The breakfast selection was impressive, featuring a variety of hot and cold items, and the staff were notably friendly and accommodating, ensuring a smooth dining experience. The hotel's proximity to local amenities made it convenient for both work and leisure.

There were occasional noise disturbances from the adjacent rooms.

The location is pretty good, just a short walk to the town center and surrounded by eateries. The bed in my economy room was comfortable, making it easy to sleep well. I appreciated how clean the bathroom was, and the complimentary coffee options were generous. the room felt a bit outdated, lacking air conditioning on warmer nights meant I had to keep the window open, which let in a lot of street noise. It was also frustrating to see the toaster at breakfast smoke if you used it as intended. that should definitely be replaced. the breakfast had decent variety and tasted good. Staff seemed friendly enough, but they could be more attentive during busy periods. Despite some annoyances, it served as a decent base for my trip.

i had a really nice an comfy stay at the best western heath court hotel. my economy room was quiet and clean, i was surprised how good the sound insulation was even with a reception going on downstairs. the location is top-notch, just a short walk to bars and restaurants. the staff were super friendly and helpful, made everything easy for me. breakfast was super tasty with a lot of options, really enjoyed it.

Great sleep despite noise outside

I stayed for one night in an economy room with an internal window. There was a party going on downstairs, but honestly, I didn't hear a thing. The soundproofing was spot on, and I slept like a baby! The bathroom was super nice. however, the room felt a bit cramped. breakfast in the bar area was tasty and convenient.
